Dream Chasers is led by a dedicated team committed to providing safe, structured, and supportive recovery housing across Southwest Ohio. Our staff works together to ensure residents receive consistent guidance, accountability, and access to the resources they need to succeed.
Management team
Executive Director
Trisha Porter oversees the overall vision and daily operations of Dream Chasers. She provides organizational leadership, ensures program quality, and supports the continued growth and development of services across all locations.
Housing Director
Steve Smith is responsible for the coordination and oversight of all housing programs. He works to ensure that each residence operates smoothly, maintains compliance standards, and provides a stable environment for all residents.
Operations Director
Cody Tester manages operational systems and supports the logistical needs of the organization. He focuses on maintaining efficiency across programs, supporting staff, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run effectively.
Dream Chasers is also supported by a dedicated team of house managers who play a vital role in the success of each residence. House managers provide on-site support, maintain structure within the homes, assist with daily operations, and help ensure a safe and accountable living environment for all residents.
Our support staff work closely with residents to encourage responsibility, reinforce house expectations, and foster a positive recovery-focused community across all locations.
